He brings expertise in research, process improvement, analysis, and project management. Derek is certified and experienced in several industry standards, though he believes there are no one-size-fits-all systems. Real-world issues require asking the right questions and using the answers to craft solutions unique to the situation. 

 

Derek's professional background is in the DC area, where he worked for a number of years on contracts for various Defense agencies prior to relocation to the Pacific Northwest.
